Shipping charges are added after we contact you to confirm your order. You may recieve your order in more than one package, but shipping costs are all inclusive. Firefly Glow & Novelty ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Firefly Glow & Novelty ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Our Return Policy: Firefly Glow & Novelty reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Glow Products, Glow Party Kits, Toys and Novelties are NOT refundable. Flameless Candles, LED Centerpieces, Light up Drinkware and Serveware such as platters can be exchanged but only after you have called or emailed telling us what's the problem, you must have our okay and the shipping is paid by you. We will only exchange for same product.
