How long does the Scent last on the Flameless Candles?A long long time, the scent is in the wax! When I first ordered my samples and opened the box, a wave of wonderful candle aroma filled the room! That was about a year ago and those same candles are still going strong.
What kinds of batteries do I need for the candles?The waxed, scented pillars use 4 AA batteries. The no wax tea lights and floating tea lights use CR2032, which you have the option to buy or can purchase at any store.
What are your Shipping Policies??When you place an order with us, it is not final until credit card information has been verified then we process the order and ship it usually within 7 business days. Right now, we only ship to the 48 states. We do not ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or International. Sometimes we have Special Offers like Free Shipping on select items or free shipping promos, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method. We always send email confirmation when your order is shipped. In the case of back ordered stock, we always notify you when this happens and will send email notification when the back order ships.
